Question 1

What is LinkedIn ghostwriting and how does PluralSales do it?

Accepted Answer

It is making one executive, a founder, CEO or commercial leader, the visible and trusted face of the industry through content written in their voice. We run a monthly 60-90 minute interview plus voice notes, draft 8-12 posts a month, and send them in weekly batches for approval before anything goes live.

Question 2

How much does executive LinkedIn ghostwriting cost?

Accepted Answer

Every engagement is scoped individually after a discovery call. You receive a fixed monthly fee before work starts. The minimum commitment is 3 months.

Question 3

Will the content sound like me or like AI?

Accepted Answer

Every post comes from your own interview and voice notes, not a generic prompt. Drafts are written in your voice and approved by you weekly before publishing. This is not generic AI content.

Question 4

Who replies to comments and inbound messages?

Accepted Answer

The executive's own account handles engagement, 15-20 minutes a day. Inbound messages are answered inside 4 business hours against an agreed playbook: routine replies are handled directly, and anything substantive is flagged with a prepared draft for the executive.

Question 5

Do I keep ownership of my LinkedIn account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You retain full control and account ownership throughout the engagement. In the first month, everything goes through your approval before it is posted or sent.

Question 6

How is this different from a social media agency?

Accepted Answer

This is senior-led sales infrastructure, not lead generation or content volume. Content, selective outbound, and event activity are all pointed at the same goal: starting revenue conversations, not accumulating likes or followers.

Question 7

How long until an executive brand shows results?

Accepted Answer

The first month is setup: positioning, voice capture, and profile rebuild. Months 1-2 establish the posting and approval rhythm with full sign-off on every post. By month 3 you see the first visible signals in engagement and inbound. From month 4 onward, event sprints and outbound layer in with reportable numbers.

Question 8

Will people know my content is ghostwritten?

Accepted Answer

The ideas, opinions, and stories are the executive's own, captured in a monthly interview and voice notes. We shape them into posts and the executive approves every one before it publishes. Readers meet a consistent voice, and the executive can stand behind every line because it started with them.

Question 9

How much of my time does this take?

Accepted Answer

One 60-90 minute interview per month, plus voice notes when something worth saying comes up. Then 15-20 minutes a day in the executive's own account for comments and replies, and a short weekly approval pass on drafts. Everything else sits with us.

Question 10

What happens if we stop working together?

Accepted Answer

You keep everything. The profile, the positioning, the published content, the newsletter and its subscribers, the messaging playbooks, and the research. We hand over the content plan and the reporting, and we do not touch the account after the final month.

Question 11

What is GTM engineering?

Accepted Answer

Building the systems behind outbound: how accounts are chosen, how signals are captured, how people are researched and verified, and how all of it reaches a rep with a reason to reach out. Instead of running campaigns for you, we build this inside your team.

Question 12

Can we take a campaign in house later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After three months we can hand over the workflows, train your team and move to a care plan.

Question 13

Do you need access to our tools?

Accepted Answer

For a build, yes, with access you control and can revoke at any time. Everything stays in your accounts.

Question 14

Can you book meetings at an event we are attending?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We research attendees and exhibitors, start outreach 4-6 weeks before the event, manage the event networking app and book relevant meetings into your calendar. See the full event meeting program: https://pluralsales.com/services/event-meetings

Question 15

Do you manage LinkedIn company pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as part of executive LinkedIn communication. We keep the page active with repurposed content, case studies and relevant team news so it supports the executive profile.

Question 16

What exactly is PluralSales - an agency, a consultancy, or something else?

Accepted Answer

PluralSales runs context-based LinkedIn outreach for B2B companies. Event programs and executive LinkedIn communication create stronger reasons for the right decision makers to reply. Every engagement is senior-led.

Question 17

Who do you typically work with?

Accepted Answer

B2B technology, SaaS, and hardware companies selling complex, non-transactional solutions across Europe and the US. We are not a fit for high-volume transactional sales, pay-per-lead models, or businesses looking for short-term spikes rather than long-term partnerships.

Question 18

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Every engagement is scoped individually after a discovery call. You receive a fixed monthly fee before work starts. The minimum commitment is 3 months.

Question 19

Is there a minimum commitment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a 3-month minimum on outreach and executive communication. Sales systems need time to learn, refine, and produce signal. Shorter engagements don't give the system enough surface area to be honest about what's working.

Question 20

Do you charge per lead, per meeting, or on a success-only basis?

Accepted Answer

No. Pricing per lead or per meeting incentivises volume over relevance, and success-only pricing treats systems as disposable. We scope the work itself: research, campaign operation and continuous refinement. That is what compounds over time.

Question 21

What's included in 'strategic oversight'?

Accepted Answer

A senior strategist is included in every engagement, baked into the base retainer. They stay involved week to week, reviewing signal, adjusting positioning, sharpening ICP and helping translate replies into pipeline. It is an ongoing partnership.

Question 22

How many contacts do you reach per month?

Accepted Answer

Volume flexes by ICP, market saturation and signal quality, not by a fixed quota. In practice a system engages a few hundred highly relevant accounts per month across one or more LinkedIn profiles. We optimise for meaningful conversations, not throughput.

Question 23

What kind of results should we expect?

Accepted Answer

We don't promise a number of meetings or guaranteed deals. What you should expect is structured movement from cold to warm accounts: higher-quality replies, clearer ICP validation, better follow-up conversations, and fewer dead ends. When the system works, it compounds. When something isn't moving, we identify it early and adapt.

Question 24

Do you need access to our LinkedIn profile? Can you run multiple profiles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LinkedIn profiles are the execution surface. A single system can run across one or several profiles (founder, sales reps, SDRs) as long as they target the same ICP. More profiles increase coverage and speed; the system defines strategy and learning.

Question 25

Is LinkedIn safe to use this way?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when used inside a disciplined system. We don't rely on aggressive tooling or volume-based tactics. Pacing, relevance, and account context are structured to protect long-term credibility and profile health.

Question 26

Do you do email outreach?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn first. We add email selectively, on a small scope, where it gives the buyer more context. We do not send mass email.

Question 27

Do we need to provide a lead list?

Accepted Answer

No. If you already have one we'll use and refine it. If not, lead research is part of Phase 1 and included in the written scope. We can also apply a CRM blacklist so you don't approach existing accounts.

Question 28

Do you integrate with our CRM and sales stack?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Systems are designed to fit existing sales workflows so handover from outreach to your sales team is clean. We integrate where it supports clarity and continuity, not for its own sake.

Question 29

How do you handle GDPR and data privacy?

Accepted Answer

All outreach follows GDPR principles and responsible data usage: relevance, professional context, and legitimate interest. We avoid mass data extraction and indiscriminate outreach.

Question 30

How does an engagement start?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a conversation. If there's a fit, we kick off the engagement with the research and context mapping, then move into full execution. The fastest way to start is to share a bit of context via the contact form on the homepage.
