Outbound sales agency

An outbound sales agency that builds the motion, not just the meetings

Why outbound fails before the first message

Most outbound programmes fail on the list, not the copy. The segments are too broad, the trigger is invented, and the sender is anonymous. Volume then makes the problem worse: more people see a message that was never relevant to them.

We fix the order. Positioning and buyer mapping first, then a narrow list, then messages that reference something real about the recipient's situation. Fewer contacts, higher reply rates, and conversations your sales team is glad to take.

    What we build and run

    01

Buyer map, not a contact list

Named companies, named roles, and the trigger that makes each segment worth contacting now. Everything downstream depends on this being right.

    02

    Message architecture per segment

One offer, several angles. Copy is written per segment, approved by you, and rewritten based on what actually gets replies rather than what sounds clever.

    03

    Sending from credible accounts

Outreach runs from your team's own profiles, rebuilt so a recipient who checks the sender finds a real person with a real track record.

    04

    Conversation management

We answer, qualify, and route. Your sales team receives threads with context, not raw contact details.

    05

    Weekly iteration

Segment-level reporting on acceptance, reply, and conversation rates. Underperforming segments get cut, working ones get expanded.

    06

    Handover and documentation

The playbook, lists, and message library stay yours. If you bring outbound in-house later, you take a working system with you.

    Compared with the alternatives

    Pay-per-lead and appointment setting

You buy meetings one at a time. Quality is unverifiable and nothing remains when the invoices stop.

You get a retained system, documented, with your own accounts and lists as the asset.

    Mass email providers

Large sends, low relevance, deliverability problems, and a brand that starts looking like spam to its own market.

Fewer contacts, researched, with LinkedIn as the primary channel and email used only where it fits.

    Hiring your first SDR

Salary, ramp time, tooling, management, and a single point of failure before you know the motion works.

A tested motion in weeks, and a clear answer on whether outbound is worth hiring around at all.

    Outbound sales questions

What does an outbound sales agency do?

An outbound sales agency builds and runs the motion that starts conversations with buyers who have not heard of you: buyer research, message writing, sending from credible accounts, reply handling, qualification, and reporting. We run all of it and hand qualified conversations to your sales team.

How much does an outbound sales agency cost?

Outbound retainers start at €2,100 per month. The full executive presence and outbound programme starts at €3,500 per month plus a one-time setup of €1,500-3,000. All prices exclude VAT and every engagement is scoped on a diagnostic call first.

    Which channels do you use?

LinkedIn is the primary channel because the sender is verifiable and the buyer can check who is contacting them. Email is added per contact where the segment justifies it. We do not run mass email blasts.

How long until outbound produces pipeline?

First conversations usually start inside the first sending cycle in month one. A predictable, repeatable flow typically appears around month three, which is why we work on a three-month minimum rather than a short pilot.

Do you work with our existing sales team?

Yes. We own the top of the funnel and hand over qualified threads with full context. Your team keeps the calls, the demos, and the close.

Which industries and markets do you cover?

Manufacturing, SaaS, IT services, professional services, industrial tech, and biotech, where a single client relationship is worth EUR 10,000 or more per year. We run campaigns across Lithuania, the Baltics, Nordics, UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and the US.

Tell us who you sell to and what you have tried. We will say plainly whether outbound is your next move or a distraction.
